An acre foot of water is 325850 gallons. This is a non-consumptive use, meaning you cannot use the water out of the ponds for things like irrigation. This water right is to provide a trickle of water of inflow into the ponds to keep the water level up and fresh. There is pasture and area on the north end of the property for a buyer to add a home, horse facilities, etc. depending on their needs and approvals from the County. There is another roughed in driveway that enters off CR 240 on the north end of the property as well. A newer well was recently installed (see well permit in documents) and the septic was refurbished last year by the seller (septic is original and is "grandfathered". See SPD in documents).
